1. The Service

EFITracer is a free web app for uploading, viewing, and sharing aftermarket EFI datalogs. The Service is an early build. Features, availability, and supported file formats may change or stop without notice.

EFITracer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed product of ACES Fuel Injection or any other ECU manufacturer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Accounts

An account is optional. You can view a shared log or upload a log without signing up. If you create an account, you are responsible for the email and password you use and for activity under that account. Notify us if you think your account has been misused.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the datalogs and notes you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, parse, display, and transmit Your Content as needed to provide the Service, including via share links you create.

You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights.

5. Share links

A share link can be opened by anyone who has it. You are responsible for who you send it to. If a log should stay private, do not share the link and consider deleting the log or using an account so you can manage it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to harm people or property
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by unauthorized means
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Resell or scrape the Service in a way that burdens it or copies it wholesale

We may suspend accounts, remove content, or block access if we believe these Terms have been broken or the Service is being abused.

7. Tuning output is not professional advice

Charts, heatmaps, and written findings are informational tools. They are not a substitute for a professional tuner, a safe test plan, or the instructions for your EFI system. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to a vehicle and for testing in a safe place.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis will be complete or correct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFITracer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero if the Service is free).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account or logs as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop providing the Service or end your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
